Your Pathway to Meaningful Employment!
Recognising the vital role that self-employed care professionals play across healthcare settings, we understand the challenges you navigate each day. At Halton Care Agency, we deeply value your contribution and the exceptional experience, adaptability, and resilience you bring to every assignment.

Our commitment to transparency means providing you with a clear, professional profile that showcases your skills and experience. This fosters trust and respect with care providers, ensuring you are welcomed into supportive environments where your expertise is truly appreciated.

Here's how it works for Self-Employed:
As a self-employed care professional introduced through Halton Care Agency, you operate entirely as an independent contractor. This means you are responsible for managing your own taxes, National Insurance contributions, and any other obligations that come with self-employment.

This arrangement gives you full flexibility to choose the clients you work with and set your own working hours. You will send payment for hours worked to Halton Care Agency on a weekly basis. We will submit your invoices to the relevant care providers, collect payments for your services, and then promptly remit these funds to you for the services you have provided, at an agreed rate up to £15 per hour. This allows you to focus on your care work, while we handle the administrative process of payment collection.
